PHASE 3 of the 12 Week Guide Includes:

  • Workouts designed to take 40-50 minutes, intense and efficient!
  • 6 workouts each week:
    • 2 Upper Body
    • 2 Lower Body
    • 1 Full Body EMOM
    • 1 Core
  • The workouts are the same each week for Phase 3 (weeks 9-12). This is because you need consistency if you want to see results! Phase 3 is designed to be progressively more challenging than phases 1 and 2.
