My Every-Day Scrambled Eggs

This recipe is too good not to share! This is seriously what I have almost every single morning. The only difference is that sometimes I make it into an omelet instead. I know some people like to switch it up every day, but I love routine and consistency and I LOVE this recipe, so why not have it every day LOL. If you enjoy foods/recipes, then I see no reason to change anything. I have also started using the infamous “Everything” seasoning and I’ll admit, it’s amazing. I haven’t tried it with a ton of other things yet, but its perfect for eggs! (Also yummy with cream cheese on a bagel or something like that) It adds the perfect combination of flavor to my eggs. I found it at Walmart!

These scrambled eggs are super simple and quick to make in the morning! And they don’t require a ton of preparation or ingredients. If you want to make it even quicker, dice up a bunch of peppers at the beginning of the week and then use that all week.

These are the exact ingredients that I used:

STEP 1: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg whites until consistent. To be honest, I NEVER do it in a separate bowl LOL. I just crack the eggs straight into the pan, add the whites, and then stir it around in there and call it good. No need to dirty any extra dishes ๐Ÿ˜‰

**Be sure to spray your pan with non-stick spray before you pour the eggs into it! Put it on medium-high heat.

STEP 2: Dice up 1/2 of bell pepper (can be any color). Then add that and a handful of spinach to the eggs. Once it starts to turn white/yellow, I sprinkle on some “Everything” seasoning and start to scramble!

STEP 3: Once you’ve reached your desired consistency, sprinkle the cheese on top. I personally then let it sit for a minute or two so it melts on top. You can stir it in if you’d like!

My Everyday Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • handfulย of spinach
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Everything seasoning

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg whites. Spray a medium-sized skillet with non-stick spray and pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Set to medium-high heat.
  2. Add the peppers and a handful of spinach and “scramble” together as it starts cooking. Sprinkle on the amount of “Everything” seasoning desired.
  3. Once the eggs have reached your desired state, sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.
